The installation consists of a cutting poultry plant, a packaging workshop, an automatic storage, composting positions and a sorting / shipping area.
Poultry leaves the slaughterhouse to be cut and transferred to the packaging stations. Poultry parts are packed into foiled trays and put into plastic bins. The bins are transfered to an automatic storage made up of 12 high speed stacker cranes called "butineur". According to the received orders, plastic bins come out of the stock respecting the FIFO. They are transported to 40 composting positions. Ruptured bins return in stock, and the orders packed into cartons go to the shipping area where they are sorted by tour.
