In a first phase, the distribution centre in Belgium was built to ensure distribution to the Belgian and French shops. As part of the expansion in southern France, a second distribution centre was built in France.

The system consists of:

  • 40 picking zones and 4 sorting lanes (Belgium)
  • 20 picking zones and 2 sorting lanes (France)
  • Integrated box forming machine
  • Automatic label equipment and box closers

Function:

A router system and a network of delivery for shipment belts. The parts to be shipped are transported error-free to the various picking zones by choosing the best route. Voice-activated demand allows employees to carry out their job hands-free.
