Pick-to-voice order picking system

The new order picking system for a major meat and fresh food products distributor delivered a major boost in efficiency, speed and accuracy.


Put-to-light sorting solution

In this warehouse, all inbound boxes have to be sorted according to the relevant customer orders. The warehouse contains over 18,000 different products from 50 brands. They serve a network of over 1,700 dealers in more than 85 countries.


Pick-to-light order picking system

Optimisation of the distribution of lottery tickets to more than 6,000 points of sale.


Order picking system for car spare parts

In a first phase, the distribution centre in Belgium was built to ensure distribution to the Belgian and French shops. As part of the expansion in southern France, a second distribution centre was built in France.


Automatic storage and picking system

Automatic system for storage and supply of goods to an assembly shop. The solution was designed to meet special requirements: just in time delivery, order changes in less than 15 minutes and minimum of storage in the assembly area. It is installed in a sheltered workshop specialised in supply chain delivery of finished and semi-finished products for various industries (metal, wood, assembly).


Parcel handling and sorting system

Alvey designed and built a semi automatic parcel sorting system for Belgium Post International. The system is able to handle and sort a wide range of parcels. The achieved capacity is approximately 4,000 parcels per hour.


Packing and sorting line for carton boxes

Alvey designed and built a packing line for Atlas Copco in Belgium. The system is able to handle parcels, weighing 50 gram up to 70 kg.
